OwlsBlog started in October 2010 as The T Stands Alone – A No Access Temple Basketball Blog. Since then we’ve changed names and expanded coverage to include football as well as the occasional women’s basketball post (we see you, Tonya). The site is owned and operated by me, John Lamb.

This site is for fans and followers of Temple Athletics. Despite the recent success that both major programs have enjoyed they continue to fly under the radar locally and nationally. The goal of this site is to shed some light – both positive and negative – on Temple sports.

About John: I graduated from Temple University in 2008 with a degree in Magazine Journalism. I wrote for The Temple news and The Temple Column and my work has appeared on places like Rivals.com and SBNation.com.

I am currently the Social Media Coordinator for 97.5 The Fanatic in Philadelphia.
